I recommend the book Firefly Lane—I do not recommend the tv show version. The book adds a much more in depth story of two best friends who struggle in their youth, but come together in the end to be there for one another. The story touches on the importance of screening for even breast cancer that can’t be found via lumps, etc. and has an entirely (and I feel, much more effective) different ending than the show and is a great read.
I know this is only practice but I feel there could of been more Information here to pursued me to actually pick up the book.. sorry for the negative feedback.
