My current favorite show is called, "Alone". It is a cross between documentary and reality TV, without all the unnecessary drama. The show follows 10 people placed somewhere completely alone and they are forced to survive in the wilderness. They are allowed 10 items and have no idea if/when other contestants drop out. The last one remaining wins $500,000. What I love most about the show is that they film themselves with cameras that were provided, so they truly are tested with being secluded from everything and everyone.
Vikings on amazon prime is excellent.
