If I had one super power it would problem be telekinesis. I think overall it would be very helpful and beneficial. You could use it get something in more unreachable places. You could lift heavy things stop things their tracks. The possibilities are quite endless!

I agree that power would probably make me feel less anxious since I wouldn’t have to wonder. I could also definitely see this backfiring if my anxieties were confirmed. )

I could definitely see how that could be the best but also worst when it comes to anxiety. Of course you could figure out what people are thinking but you'd also probably find out way more than you're anticipating.

I feel like manipulating molecular structures would be a fantastic superpower but telepathy would be neat to!
