Hi my name is Joshua Harris. I honestly never thought I would be here. College was never part of the plan. still figuring out how we are gonna swing all this but it will finally get me moving in a direction i want instead of just being trapped in the routine of life. I have been working for Lowes for the last 6 years. Lowes Served me well but the politics and Standard Operation Procedures ware a person down over time. The Black and white decision making left a bitter taste in your mouth. That same taste has side affects. Causes you to be more vocal of your option and want to seek change to better protect you and your fellow employees from the harsh black and white decisions of management. I've been blessed to have escaped such and environment. Now i get to begin my journey with you all.
My situation is less extreme, but similar. I had no desire or ambition, at all. Never though I would get into college. But Now I am here, beginning the path to greatness.
