This is a show that should definitely be watched not only because it is fun to watch MMA, but also in the sense that you get to watch several men or women's journey to try and achieve their dream of becoming the next UFC fighter. There are a lot of emotions for fighters who win and lose each fight and it is cool to see the progression overall.
I love the ultimate fighter too. There have been many guys that started on the ultimate fighter who became world champs. Great competition, I think many people get the wrong idea of fighting. Martial arts is a mental, physical and spiritual journey more than just the blood and guts war that goes on in the octogon.
