The Student Help Desk assists students with most computer software-related issues and other technology problems or questions, from login problems related to LBCC’s online systems to questions about course-related instructional software.
The Student Help Desk is located in the LBCC Library on the Albany campus and provides services all of the Library's regular open hours.
