How to Properly Format an MLA Document

I realize that some of the assignments and activities I take from Lumen Learning ask you to complete the assignment using APA format style.  However, in this class, all of the written work you submit in this class will be in MLA format style.  I've included an example of how to format in MLA, but if you have any questions, please let me know.
