Moodle or muddle?

After serious consideration, I decided this morning to withdraw from my online Biology 101 class. This was the worst class I ever experienced in any school of hiring learning. I am convinced that I was a guinea pig for the instructor. I will not give her the dignity of her title PHD, because in my humble opinion, she has not earned my respect. Granted, most classes in College/universities are not intended to be easy, but the way this class was run, was chaotic. Not to mention the idiotic "Moodle" which I refer to as Muddle, has to be the worst form of a blackboard. You get what you pay for. The only reason I took this class at LBCC is because it is less expensive than OSU where I have been attending. I won't be back, and unfortunately I wasted a couple of weeks already.

Here are my complaints:

Moodle

My "professor" who even admitted this was her first online class, did not present assignments in clear uderstandable way.

The labs were very confusing because most of them were supposed to be done in a group.

In her syllabus, she stated that class participation was required, although there was no forum to do that.

In response to my questions, which she stated she desired " a lot of questions", I felt demeaned, not understood and was not helped.

As far as "help" from the learning center, I never received a response, no one ever answered the phone.

I will definitely not recommend this school.
