Coffee is both my best friend and worst enemy. I tend to build up a tolerance to caffeine fairly easily so it's only a matter of time before 1 cup of coffee a day turns into 3 cups of coffee and two red bulls a day. At which point I quit cold turkey and give my body a chance to return to normal, so I can begin this process all over again. It's definitely a love/hate relationship and I'm okay with that.
