Something about the tv shows that have Gordon on them are my ultimate show to watch when I'm bored or feeling down. It always makes me laugh when someone is called an "idiot sandwich" or called a "donkey" for not knowing how to do something up to his standards. Then again seeing people who think they know better than someone whos fame is brought by his cooking alone keeps me entertained with the daily struggles and tasks that he has to deal with on a daily basis. I would recommend this sort of stuff to someone with a sense of humor or someone who wants to go into the food industry with the intent to learn what mistakes not to make.
