Corvallis s not the best place
Not sure on how this apply's to the question but, not everywhere is pretty and growing up is not always pretty but we all have to live with what we got and make better than where and how we lived.
I just moved to Corvallis in August and from what I've seen, yea. Not too big of a fan. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's just so crowded here. Also, nobody wears reflective clothing while walking in the dark.
