I have always thought that being able to read minds would be cool, but only if it was by choice. I mean, what if the super power meant that no matter what, every person you were by, their thoughts just flooded into you head and that was all you heard all the time. I think it would be cool, only if you could choose when you could do it. Or else it would be really annoying.
if you weren't able to turn it off, you might hear more than what you had bargained for. but yes, in certain circumstances, i fully agree

I agree. Hearing everyone's thoughts on a constant uncontrolled basis would likely drive someone mad. That would be a superpower I would definitely want to be able to turn off and on.
